    In a warm decor and a relaxed atmosphere, Thierry Seychelles and his team offer modern gastronomic cuisine, from Brittany and around the world, thanks to combinations of original products.
    A pupil of Georges Paineau, Thierry Seychelles also worked alongside Alain Passard, Pierre Gagnaire, Alain Ducasse, Patrice Caillault and even with the Pourcel Brothers in Shanghai.
