Choose from our selection of classic and specialty pizzas, made with carefully selected ingredients, mostly local and organic. Certified Organic by Ecocert, our dough is made exclusively with flour, osmosis water, olive oil, Guérande coarse salt, and sourdough. We prepare it according to a know-how acquired over 17 years of research so that it is digestible, crispy, and soft all at the same time. And because we believe in the diversity of dietary choices, we offer a variety of vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free pizzas.
