    We make our Breton cheeses with the milk from Ronan and Xavier's organic farm, the Ferme Biologique du Golfe in Arradon.

    Their herd consists of beautiful black and white Holstein cows and small café-colored Jersey cows.

    The organic milk is harvested immediately after milking.

    While still warm, it is processed directly with all the benefits of natural, raw organic milk, rich in the fauna and flora of this iodized land, the terroir of our products.

    In our shop or at markets, you will find our Breton Tomme, sea Tomme with seaweed, washed Badennois with salted water, and new products such as Tomme with roasted buckwheat, cayenne pepper, or sea pepper. We also make good raw cream, which we use to make excellent salted butter from local coarse salt.
