We start with a warm-up and continue with the discovery of movements from Qi Gong.

On the program this summer:

The 8 Pieces of Brocade, simple and sporty! Come and raise the Sky to stretch, aim for the Eagle to open the pulmonary sphere, or even threaten your fists to chase away anger.

The 5 animals, simple and fun! Come and slip into the skin of the powerful Tiger, the light and graceful Crane opening its wings, the clever and mischievous Monkey stealing the fruit!

Women's Qi Gong (reserved for women) composed of simple, gentle and accessible movements related to female physiology

Possibility of Tuina massage (Chinese)

Opening period: from July 15 to August 15.

Prices :

€10 for one hour session.

40€ per Qi Gong day for women.
