We welcome you to our house located in a quiet cul-de-sac, 800m from the sea, with a parking space and a bike storage area at the bottom of the garden in front of the house.

You enter a large living room with a fireplace, a bookcase, 2 sofas, and a chaise lounge; a single bedroom is next to it, and then through the living room, you go into the spacious, fully equipped kitchen. From there, you will go into the dining room and then onto the terrace with an enclosed garden.

Ground floor sleeping area: A shower room, a separate toilet, and a bedroom with a double bed and ample closets and drawers.

First floor: Two bedrooms with double beds open onto a large landing with a sofa, 2 tables, and a desktop computer. You also have another separate toilet, the bathroom with a bathtub, and a space for drying laundry.

Second floor: Very attic-like, not included in the rental price, is accessible with two small bedrooms.

Rental conditions: Towels and sheets provided and placed on the beds, cleaning fee: €150.
