The City Pass is activated the first time it is used in one of the included activities. Simply present it at the entrance of the partner sites to benefit from free access (only 1 entrance per site) and discounts/benefits. The card must be used before 30 December 2021. WHERE TO BUY A CITY PASS? At the offices of the Golfe du Morbihan Vannes Tourisme Tourist Office and its reseller partners. WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE CITY PASS? 30 free access services, the bus network of the Agglomeration and numerous services with advantages and discounts. HOW DO I ACTIVATE MY CITYPASS? By passing it in front of a suitable reader the first time you use it at one of the partner sites. HOW LONG IS MY CARD VALID? As long as the card is not activated, it is valid until 30/12/2021. Once this date has passed, the card will be considered expired. Remember to use it before the end of 2020! HOW IS THE VALIDITY OF MY CITY PASS CALCULATED? The duration of the City Pass is calculated automatically from the first time it is used in one of the partner sites. The card is valid for 24, 48 or 72 consecutive hours. For example, for a 24-hour card, if you scan it for the first time at 11am on day 1, it will be valid until 10:59am on day 2. HOW MUCH DO I SAVE BY BUYING A CITY PASS? In order to evaluate your savings, you can consult the prices charged by the various partner sites. IS MY CARD PERSONAL? No, you can buy it and give it to someone. However, it is necessary to buy one card per person. Only the payer’s information recorded at the time of purchase will be known. WHAT TRANSPORT IS INCLUDED? The entire KICEO bus network for one calendar day, with the special City Pass. It must be stamped on the first trip and presented to the driver each time you board the bus. DO I HAVE TO BOOK CERTAIN VISITS? Yes, in particular the visit to the Cairn of Gavrinis. However, the other services are accessible without reservation, subject to availability. IS IT POSSIBLE TO VISIT THE SAME SITE SEVERAL TIMES? No, you can only visit each site included in your CityPass once. However, access is unlimited for the Kicéo bus network for 1 calendar day. HOW TO BENEFIT FROM THE DISCOUNTS MENTIONED? The discount will be applied on presentation of your card. ARE THE SITES OPEN TO THE PUBLIC ALL YEAR ROUND? Yes, for some sites, except for certain seasonal services. We advise you to check the opening dates and times mentioned on citypass.bzh and on the partners’ websites. IS THERE A CHILDREN’S CITY PASS? Yes, a City Pass is available for children aged 4 to 10. IF MY CITY PASS IS LOST OR STOLEN, CAN I REPLACE IT? The City Pass will not be replaced or refunded in the event of loss, theft, misuse or non-use. The Tourist Office cannot be held responsible in the event of a malfunction at one of the service providers (strike, exceptional closure, etc.). WE ARE A GROUP, CAN WE USE THE CITY PASS? The City Pass is reserved for individuals. The formula is not adapted to groups.
