Located in Baden in a calm and harmonious setting, the Gavrinis welcomes you all year round to its starred restaurant and its Logis *** hotel. Chef Luca Marteddu in the kitchen finely combines gastronomy and local products, with a combination of spices and flavors as bold as they are tasty. "The terroir is a playground" for Luca Marteddu, who works by feeling for the pleasure of customers.

Serge Lignières at the restaurant also offers a fine wine list, with a large place given to small organic producers, as well as a selection of teas from the Maison des Trois Thés. Booking is recommended.
