Quiet Apartment in the Heart of Sarzeau

Located in Sarzeau, within a very quiet residence, this 44m² town-center apartment has been renovated and furnished for your comfort. It features an entrance hall, a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm), a fully equipped kitchen, a living area with a high-quality "Poltron et Sofa" sofa bed, TV and Wi-Fi, a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a balcony. A private parking space in a gated lot is also included.

Beds are made upon your arrival, and bath towels are provided, along with basic essentials (oils, condiments, etc.). Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions!

You will have easy access to the local shops and services. The large market takes place on Thursday at Place des Trinitaires, and on Saturday at the foot of the church. The beaches are accessible by car or bike, with the nearest one just 3km away. The Gulf and hiking trails are only 800m from the apartment.

Small pets are allowed upon request. I am available to share local tips and recommendations throughout your stay. Arrival and departure are independent via a key box, though I always try to drop by and say hello.

Cleaning is included in the price. Please note a tourist tax of €1.50 per night, per adult, applies (3-star rated accommodation). An invoice will be sent to you by email.
