La Maison d'Iris is located in Surzur, nestled between land and sea... Just 10 minutes from the beaches, 12 minutes from Sarzeau, and 19 minutes from the city center of Vannes.

The house features a 25m² main living area with a fully equipped kitchen and lounge corner. Upstairs, you will find 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed (140cm), a dressing room, and another with two single beds (90cm) that can be pushed together if needed. There is also a bathroom with a toilet. Enjoy the Breton sun in the small private garden.

Local shops and services are just 800m away (accessible by foot or bike). The aquatic center is 1.4km away. The local market takes place every Thursday from 4 PM to 8 PM. Surzur offers several hiking trails, including the Pembulzo circuit (12km) and others ranging from 8.6km to 14km.

Small pets allowed upon request.

Self check-in and check-out via a key box (though I always try to stop by and say hello!).

Cleaning is included in the price.
