Ker Ysa is a comfortable captain's house for 4 people, fully renovated (2021) with high-quality materials. It includes 2 lovely bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 shower room, as well as 3 toilets, 2 of which are separate. An additional bed for a child is available.

Located in a peaceful setting on the Port Anna peninsula (Séné), in the heart of the Gulf of Morbihan, overlooking a typical fishing village, Ker Ysa will charm you with its character and authenticity. This haven of tranquility is situated on the GR34 hiking trail, 7 km from the port of Vannes and its historic center.

The house is very comfortable (heating, insulation, amenities) and has high-speed Wi-Fi (fiber optic) for easy remote working. The smart TV includes a Netflix subscription. The ceiling speakers are also connected. A private, secluded garden, facing south and overlooking the countryside and the Gulf, is enclosed by walls. The 40 m² terrace is very well equipped and features a private jacuzzi that is available year-round.
