    For almost 30 years, Anne and Patrick CHAUCHARD have been delighting their customers with their smoked salmon, Scottish Label Rouge origin, smoking with green beech sawdust and salting with Guérande salt.

    Many specialties based on smoked salmon, including the famous rillettes, sea urchin coral taramas, bottarga, Aquitaine caviar and other smoked fish depending on the season.
    A range of glass preserves of seafood completes this production, including the famous "Morgate du Golfe".
    Online store and shipments throughout France.
    Sale in the markets of the Presqu’île de Rhuys, gastronomic fairs and shops.
    Open from mid-February to early January.
    Closed Mondays out of season.
