Less than 200m from Roaliguen beach, in a private housing estate with reserved access with parking space in front of the house.

Beach very easily accessible on foot. Bike paths and coastal paths nearby.

Ground floor: new open kitchen. Comfortable (dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc.) Living room with 2 sofas with TV and good speed WIFI, bathroom with shower and WC, pantry with washing machine.

Floor: 2 bedrooms, 1 with double bed of 140 and 1 with 2 beds of 80, bathroom with WC. Large storage cupboards. Little sea view from upstairs.

Outside: garden with terrace and garden furniture (table, barbecue). A bicycle garage can be made available if necessary. We favor stays of at least 2 weeks and grant discounts in this case. (ex: in June 1 week 500€, 2 weeks 900€) details photos and prices on our website.
