La Tome de Rhuys, a culinary tradition from the Rhuys peninsula.

"Tome de Rhuys" Breton cheese naturally occupies a large place on tables in Brittany and mainly on the Rhuys Peninsula, cradle of this cheese, in fact "Tome de Rhuys" has become a culinary tradition.

At the Suscinio cheese farm, we breed cows of the "Breton black pie" breed, this little cow was born on the southern coast of Brittany.

It produces a milk rich in fat and very smooth.

With her friends "la normande" and "la montbéliarde" they contribute to the making of the "Tome de Rhuys".

You will be able to attend (behind a glassed-in space) the making of the Tome de Rhuys from Monday to Friday from 10:30 am. You can also have a view of the maturing cellar.

Isabelle awaits you every evening around 5-5:30 p.m. (except Sunday) to share with you the important moment of milking cows, an essential step in the production of good cheese.

A moment to live in family with or without the children.
